Honesty, Integrity and Fair Dinkum Good Service! Dimms put a Dayco replacement timing belt kit in my Ford Territory and the new Dayco water pump leaked. (Really not a good thing) Dayco would not honour their warranty and there was no compensation from them at all. Dimms did the right thing, at their own expense, and replaced the whole timing belt kit and bore their own labour costs without even being asked to do so. Took my 98 vtss here for a sump gasket replacement had my car for 9 straight days not sure why they didn't look to over busy ,not long after that i took my car here for a service just a oil change is all I asked for , got a invoice back for $500 for the oil change , but then the little white bearded man who owns this place thought he would swap over the exhaust sensors because my engine light comes on , well guess what this has been like this for 12 yrs and has never been a problem but you decided to do it with out asking me... read more
Thieves and liars, that's Team Dimms. A month of waiting to change an injector specifying that the problem on our car would be solved and that it is very unlikely that we will have the same problem. They claimed to give us a new BOSCH injector but after verification by another specialist garage, they installed a reconditioned Chinese counter-fabric at the price of a new one. This mechanic lost our business pretty quickly. On more than one occasion, our car spent several days in the workshop for a simple service and there was no proactive communication. Further to this, they charged hundreds of dollars to take apart the door to attempt a repair of the power window.
