The single worst company ever. I am currently pressing charges for the theft of my bag from their “rental” which is really just one guy who owns a Toyota Rav 4 that he lets people drive. The car shows up smells like smoke, has holes in the seats and is just gross all over. I requested to return it ASAP and when I returned it. My bag was stolen from the backseat. Why rent a car elsewhere when you can rent a car from a company owned by a Cameroonian Warlord famous for mass killings! Seriously, google "Eric Tataw" before renting here, he is the owner.
The service allowed me to pay through CashApp, but they weren't very transparent about the insurance details and made it difficult to link the rental with my Uber/Lyft. They deactivated my car and I'm currently seeking a refund. Unacceptable 👎😞
