I rented from Dimmples in Billerica, MA in early April. Elvis was very friendly and accommodating. On the way back to return the car, a truck in front of me threw a rock that chipped the windshield. I called my car insurance to file a claim with Elvis right there next to me providing information, but afterward he never took it in to get the windshield fixed and he never returned my $200 deposit.
