I was fortunate enough to get in right away for a broken window regulator. But they ended up having my vehicle close to 6 days. Didn't offer me a loaner. They offered to take me home in their shuttle service but not to pick me up. Had to take a Uber to pick up my car. And during the wait they had to pick up my other set of keys because it wasn't turning over. Now out of nowhere I have a weird resistance when I turn the key in the ignition.
