Colter took care of us from the first phone call. We moved 9 hours across country and he did everything in his power to help us along the way. One of the main things I really appreciated about him (and there are several things I appreciated about him) was his communication. Very prompt at answering back and was very thorough with his explanations. I could not recommend a better realtor in my opinion!!! Top Notch service from beginning to end of the sales and beyond even!!!!
We hired Colter because we knew a family member of his. We didn’t really “know” Colter until walking thru this sale with him. He was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL and I will definitely hire him again if & when we have property to sell!
