Had a great appointment today with Lex and Dr John - implants take a long time but they’ve been guiding me through the entire process and I appreciate them answering all my questions.
I visited DiMichaelangelo Dentistry today for the first time. I explained to the office I had come from a bad dental experience and was very nervous. The entire office took wonderful care of me, especially Michael, my hygenist. He made sure I was comfortable at all times, was patient, and kind. The best dental practice in Ohio. Dr. DiMichaelangelo and Lex are both extraordinarily talented, but more importantly kind people. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of the experience they provide.
Extremely disappointing and distressing experience. I’ve never had anxiety about going to the dentist—until now. My first visit here as a new patient involved a mandatory hour and a half of X-rays, which I found excessive. I repeatedly expressed discomfort and nausea during the process, but instead of being treated with compassion, my concerns were dismissed.
