I called this company and they were friendly and helpful. We arranged for them to come over at a time that worked for my schedule. They showed up on time, did a great job on our 3 carpets and 2 area rugs and were done in no time. Andrew was super nice and the carpets looked great afterwards!
All throughout, Dimeo Carpet & Rug Cleaning was professional. The technician will phone you 20 to 30 minutes before he arrives, and they were able to get us scheduled in for the very following day. They also sent us a polite text message reminder. They performed flawlessly. I wholeheartedly advise them.
When we called, they answered the phone politely. We received a free quote from them, which was nice. They did a fantastic job and were quite nice when they first arrived at our house. Our area rug and carpet were both cleaned. Without a doubt, we'll use them once more!
