Lived here for two years and had a good experience overall. Apartments are a reasonable price for the area, though management is very hands-off. They typically fix things fast though, so no complaints there. Also the elevators were just renovated. 525 is called "Old Franklin" and is actually a historic building of printer's row built just after the Chicago fire, so more than 100 years old. UPDATE: I have since moved to a MUCH better apartment with professional, timely, communicative management. Dimensions Management was an absolute nightmare. I've rented from 4 different management companies in the city and will be sure to tell everyone to stay far, far, FAR away from Dimensions.
