Vanna cut my hair and it did not look like the picture I showed her, plus I don't use products and she put something in my hair after she cut it, and it felt horrible. When she got done cutting my hair, she said she got carried away with her scissors ✂. Carried away doesn't come near to what she did to my hair. I was so upset and embarrassed. I didn't even want to go out in public. It has finally grown out since she cut my hair in May. Very upset and will not ever go back.

Vanna did an absolute amazing job. I highly recommend her. She took her time and listened to what I exactly wanted and did that. She went over and beyond. She is very professional.
