I recently attended a retreat at Dimensions Highlands, and it was an experience like no other. The level of care and deep support for healing was extraordinary. Every aspect of the retreat was thoughtfully curated to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. We stayed for 2 nights doing yoga, pilates, sound therapy, forest bathing, polar dips. It was exhilarating, so much fun. Super well organized, the staff were A1 fantastic esp Vanessa who goes over and above. Food was perfect organic, healthy, delicious and beautifully presented. The grounds were kept so well in spite of all the snow. Thank you Dimensions for a beautiful experience.
