10/10 experience. Ed was super informative, motivational, and overall an amazing vibe. He pushed me through my workout and boosted my confidence and excitement for my fitness journey. Nicely sized studio and it’s super clean. I highly recommend DT and i will be back tomorrow for round 2!
This gym is absolutely amazing, and the trainers are even better! They are incredibly friendly, supportive, and know exactly how to push you to reach your goals. The atmosphere is motivating, and every workout feels both challenging and rewarding. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
Dimensional Training has changed me so much. Working with Yvonne for the past months allowed me to lose weight and feel more confident in myself. She taught me better ways to eat and a healthier way of living. Yvonne is a great trainer that I highly recommend. She motivates you and makes working out an enjoyable experience.
I recently attended Just Move at DT & it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and energetic. Jill is not only knowledgeable but also enthusiastic and motivating, which made the class both challenging and fun. I especially appreciated how Jill took the time to ensure everyone had proper form.
