Gym is super spacious with all new equipments. The instructors for the classes are wonderful. The vibes is great. Love how they have different classes that is fitting for all levels. Highly recommended to anyone looking to for a fitness home.
Great studio with great classes got even better with the move to a bigger space. In addition to the amazing classes they offer, you can now work out on your own in their huge downstairs gym. Every trainer is an expert who gets to know you well enough to help you moderate weight while pushing you to your limit at the same time. Excited to take advantage of the new locker rooms and steam room/sauna. Highly recommend.
Dimensional Training is hands down the best gym I’ve trained at. The coaches truly know how to push you to your maximum potential without ever sacrificing form. Dimensional Training is an excellent place to work out. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and the environment is welcoming and motivating. Since starting here , I've seen real improvement in my overall fitness and strength. If you are looking for a professional encouraging place to improve fitness, I highly recommend.
I love this fitness studio. There's great energy and the trainers are incredible.
