I recently attended Just Move at DT & it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and energetic. I’ve been coming to DTS for 5 years now and they never disappoint! All of the trainers truly have a passion and a strong knowledge for what they do and are always pushing me and challenging me to be my best. Working on my form is something I'm always conscious about, to make sure I'm doing a move correctly to work the correct muscle, and the trainers always give everyone individual attention to perfect form. Another update! As the months march on, the DT team continues to deliver. Today is focused on the incredible LEXI! It is a privilege to train with Lexi. She has an amazing ability to cover the entire body with fun and innovative moves. The hour flies by Lexi is focused on form and is always correcting our positioning to ensure we maximize our training. I’ve been taking classes at DTS since July 2023 and feel stronger after every class. Love the variety workouts from the different classes and trainers. The trainers provide great instruction, while also being supportive and motivating. Just finished the 5 am with Lexy and I feel amazing. Best way to start my day!
