I am not very impressed at all on the level of service. I started dealing with Mike Mongada on 5/29 and it is now 6/25, my order is not yet finalized and it takes about 4 weeks until I can pick up materials. UNACCEPTABLE. My fixer upper project is on hold and every day is another day of idle expense I have to incur. Mike initially was helpful then he began not to return my calls.
