Scam!!! With Americans running its India owned.. LOOK UP YOUR FACTS
Was contacted by a senior service member. Appeared to be sincere and helpful, however when I explained my situation and decined the offer...he just hung up the phone; POOR ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!! BEWARE
It's a scam. I don't even have a car and they tried to convince me to get the extended warranty.
SCAM
I have a contract with this company, A week after I purchased my car I had an issue with the cam shaft and I immediately informed them as the contract states. I brought it to a reputable repair shop, and they thought of every way they could to not pay out for the coverd component. Unfortunately I didn't look into their reputation and reviews until now. I suggest everyone stay away from them. They are a scam, they take your money and say "you don't have to worry if you have any issues witt your new purchase" but it's a lie.
