No one ever writes a review unless they're angry it seems - I am enjoying life with a vintage, 1999 d1 spa and it's great. I just undertook to recondition it a bit, and I want to say that Oscar in the service department is THE MAN! Thanks d1 for making reliable spas that last a long freaking time.
We purchased our spa about 1 1/2 year ago. First we had a leak from missing lights inside the tub. It took about three visits, which they charged us for until we complained. One of the head rests with jets stopped working. The control valve for the water fall had to be replaced. The control valve for the jets had to be replaced. We have had a really bad experience buying a spa from here! Our spa was delivered over a month late. We bought the dual swim spa and it was delivered 2 weeks ago and the jacuzzi side still doesn't work. Tech has been out 3 times, they had to replace the pump on a brand new spa? Red Flag. I feel like I bought a lemon. Good luck, this was a terrible experience for us and I am hoping it gets better but so far it's been all down hill!
Purchased new unit. Spa cushions do not stay In place float all over. temperature climbed to 107 an dealer suggested I add a bag of ice! temperature to high to enjoy my new purchase of $8000,00!!
Horrible experience. Incompetent sales staff. Owners guide and warranty information not delivered with spa. Cannot access warrantee . RED flags on crane delivery. Bait and switch. Would not recommend.
