I’m really sad to write this because Dr. Liu is an exceptional doctor — caring, thorough, and highly professional. I’ve been his patient for almost 8 years and even followed him to this clinic after he relocated. His medical care is outstanding. can't gat hold of the reception
First. Dr. Flanders is INCREDIBLE. This review is about the clinics booking process and reception practices. Its an absolute nightmare to get an appointment and reception constantly ignores the urgency shared by the physicians regarding appointments. I'll continue to endure it because I feel we have one of the best family doctors in the city as well as her supporting nurse for general appointments.
