As my Family Doctor has retired I got in for both my Daughter and I with Dr McKennitt. My Daughter who has ADHD needed her meds filled. Unfortunately he isn’t allowed to prescribe her the meds. She was referred to Dr Khan. Dr Khan was late by 20 minutes. Only saw her for 10 minutes and asked her why she was there for. Clearly Dr McKennitt didn’t communicate why he couldn’t prescribe her the ADHD meds to my Daughter and why she was there. Most terrible medical clinic I have ever visited. There are 2 people at the front reception. Just sitting there not answering phones. The only way to get ahold of them is through email. So if you want to talk to someone directly don't come to this medical clinic. I literally called 6 times and on the last call. I walked in while my phone was still ringing. And the 2 ladies were just sitting there chatty. They don't care about customer service or patients.
The doctors are fine, and even the clinic staff are cordial. Management is a joke. There's a doctor shortage, so they can be as incompetent as they want and succeed in spite of it. Clinic staff are doing what they're trained to do, the booking system they operate in is extremely frustrating for patients The trick is to spam them repeatedly on the phone and eventually someone will answer. You'll call, it'll redirect back to the switchboard, then it'll disconnect you the next time you try. Then you gotta call back and repeat. ... read more
horrible experience, doctors are consistently late and cannot address problems within a timely manner. if looking for proper medical care look elsewhere.
Hope to find a new Doctor for both my Daughter and I . After careful evaluating my choice with Dr McKennitt I have decide that he isn’t a great fit. First my Daughter has mental health issues. He isn’t allowed to prescribe her ADHD medication. I guess poor communication on his part with Dr Khan because she first was 20 minutes late and wanted to rush my Daughter out after 10 minutes of seeing her.
