Love this place. Only gave it a four instead of a five because I'm not a fan of having to share a pole when I go. It takes away from the experience when you're trying to practice but then you have to stop and let the other person on the pole. If I'm paying full price for lessons it would be nice to have a pole to myself. Other than that great staff. Knowledgeable and very friendly.
I love Dimension Fitness! I started taking classes a year ago with absolutely no aerial experience or upper body strength. My first class was definitely a challenge, but the encouraging and welcoming atmosphere made me want to try again and I’m so glad I did, because I’ve been hooked ever since.
