I love Dimension Fitness! I started taking classes a year ago with absolutely no aerial experience or upper body strength. My first class was definitely a challenge, but the encouraging and welcoming atmosphere made me want to try again — and I’m so glad I did, because I’ve been hooked ever since. Disappointed in my experience at Dimension fitness. I have dabbled in pole for years and took some of their courses to brush back up on it. Unfortunately I did not find this studio to be beginner friendly or fat friendly. One of the instructors had me in a position and kept insisting I get out of it the way they wanted me to despite my body not moving that way because there was fat there.
