I scheduled to get my nails done over a month and a half in advance. They cancelled on me the night prior. If you book with Dime, make sure you aren’t relying on them for an event.

After having a poor experience when my appointment was cancelled two hours before the start time because my stylist did not have her license to practice, I received a warm phone call from management. The situation was better explained to me and I was offered a free service for my trouble. I declined the offer, but greatly appreciated the care management took to reach out to me personally which was much more important.
