Tatiana is the most racists employee I've ever come across in the establishment! So rude and disrespectful towards me a Black Woman. Would never come to this bank again because of the discrimination I faced by this woman Tatiana!
This bank is absolutely terrible. My family has had so many bad experiences with Dime Savings on Coyle Street. Here is the latest problem. It's unbelievable. My mother died on July 7th and I have to stop her cable payments. The cable company tells me I must have the payments stopped on the bank's end because my mother had set up automatic payments, but when I ask the bank to stop the payment, they want to charge me $30. I’m still waiting for my debt card I signed up September 8th 2022 It’s now September 30th 2022 It should not take this long to get a bank debt card
