This bank is absolutely terrible. My family has had so many bad experiences with Dime Savings on Coyle Street. Here is the latest problem. It's unbelievable. My mother died on July 7th and I have to stop her cable payments. The cable company tells me I must have the payments stopped on the bank's end because my mother had set up automatic payments, but when I ask the bank to stop the payment, they want to charge me $30.
