Our experience at the Sunnyside Dime Bank has been excellent throughout many visits. The staff is very professional and customer-oriented. Special thanks and appreciation go to Ms Chu for providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this branch of the Dime
Terrible, no communication on updates on matters that supposedly they handle. It’s ridiculous, how is it that I have to reach out and ask any updates for then to be told “ what do you want us to do “ how you ask me the question on what to do ? I don’t work are the bank I don’t know how your system and policies work. Like seriously?
Muy buen service
The worst branch anywhere. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. This is supposed to be a neighborhood bank, what a joke. The tellers never greet anyone, if you say hello they don’t answer. The employees (especially the tellers) trash talk customers in front of other customers. Never a thank you . AND don’t even think of asking to go to your safe deposit box . They get angry!!!! Are you serious? Management is equally horrible.
As a loyal customer over 20+ years, I’ve never had a terrible experience at my local bank. Teller 6201 was very unprofessional, making assumptions and just did not want to help. Glad to see a familiar face, the branch manager, who has been helping me for many years help me with my issues.
