Sharing for the next person... I have been waiting for a deposit to clear since Friday, understandable that it clears the next business day, but they then decided to place an additional 48 hour hold on my deposit without explanation. What happened next is what is bothersome.. in order to access MY OWN money, I was first asked on the phone to verify the regular points (name, last 4 of social, acct number) THEN they began asking my of my previous addresses, my living history with my MOTHER (I am in my late 30's!!) and previous... read more
