i called the bank to check on an auto p a yment i encounter rude and obnixious customer rep name Nicole in dime support thinking iof changing banks
This place is ridiculous. They don’t want to help you nor will they try. I wasted almost an hour there for them to not even try to help me out. They need to fire those workers
Went there today to open a checking account and was turned down because I have two addresses basically. The customer service wasn’t that great and was very surprised being that this is an old fashioned bank. But nevertheless I was able to take my business else were and got a 200.00 bonus for opening my account.I’m very pleased with the service that I got with at the other bank.
