I been banking with Dime Glen Oaks branch for many years, The staff is amazing, always ready to help. Thank you for always providing the be st customer service always.
I have been with them since 1990s service has gone down so bad hidden fees and poor customers relation service would never come back here again no help from customer service run around to do things online rather when their customer is sitting in front of them while they are doing something else on the phone. Closing accounts would not recommend . Asking us to wait longer and longer why even come in person
