Excellent customer service! The staff at Dime Bank were kind enough to give me extra time even though the branch was about to close. The branch manager was extremely professional and supportive, helping me throughout the entire process. All customer service staff were very cooperative and friendly—truly awesome people. I am highly satisfied with the service. The systems are quick and smart, making everything smooth and efficient. You leave with a smile. Highly recommended to everyone!

9/16/26 Same notice on the door 3 weeks later. Ugh… 8/25/25 ATM is frequently out of order. What’s the purpose of being a member if I have to go to a bodega to pay fees at their atm. And I particularly love the stupidity of listing addresses of DIME locations in other zip codes. Lovely! Like I’m gonna hop in a car and drive to an atm located in a different part of the borough.
