I receive a call from thedrs billing dept stating my insurance doesn't cover colonoscopy procedure that my copay is 2600 3 days b4 procedure. I cancel the appt. I call my insurance and was told that the dr office never called about procedure and preventive is 100 percent covered. I call the dr office back and tell them this and was told it's not preventive it's a diagnostic procedure. I call my insurance company back and again was told this is 100 percent covered too. i absolutely love dr. kistler. he was one of the only doctors who listened to me after having years of health issues. the person who did my vitals was so sweet as well. i can’t see myself ever getting another gastroenterologist. definitely recommend this place! :)
