The appointment went very well. A procedure was scheduled in the surgery center. A week before it had to be cancelled due to surgery center vs hospital. Why was this not confirmed prior to scheduling? The surgery was scheduled for June 27th, now do to the office error the next date was Sept 12, oh and best part, he could also be put on the cancellation list, yay!! Very unacceptable. Changing physicians so any more errors can not be made.
My husband needed a colonoscopy after a positive result from Cologuard. We had an initial appointment with the Nurse Practitioner Lisa. The office was pleasant ask were the staff. We were taken back on time & Lisa was wonderful. She was understanding & reassuring, making sure our questions were answered. She didn’t make us feel rushed.
