Bought a Dimar Manufacturing-made chair from a national distributor. The one I received had a tear in the seat cover but the distributor was unwilling to send a replacement seat and would only accept a return of the entire chair. After a very quick call, Dimar sent a replacement seat no questions asked. Their product support is excellent!
