I have been taking my car to DiMaggio's for several years for oil changes and service. They have always been timely, trustworthy, and transparent. I feel confident when I leave my car there that there won't be any surprises and my car will be returned to me in tiptop shape at or under the estimated cost. I can't say enough good things about the staff and service. Highly recommended.
The staff shared with me the cause of the problem. They fixed the problem. The parts were 1/3 the price charged at a large auto dealership. I saved $140 on the two parts I needed.
We have three cars, so we’ve had opportunities to take them everywhere in town for repairs. What we’ve found is that DiMaggio's is one of the fairest in price; but, the most telling quality is that they don’t pile on things that need to be done. We sought a 2nd opinion from DiMaggios after taking one of our cars to another shop (who told us it would be thousands); turns out all those repairs weren’t needed—we’d been pressured by the other shop into thinking they were mandatory! DiMaggio’s is fair, reasonably priced, honest!
