I had been taking my car to Dimmagio's for over 15 years, and even after the transfer of ownership, we continued to come here for servicing on both of our vehicles. Staff was always incredibly kind to us, and even after several unexpected turnovers, the new staff continued to be kind. These guys were able to accommodate me last minute, were very thorough (and patient explaining things to me). Best of all, it was much cheaper than expected and the work was completed much quicker than first estimated.
I had a great experience with Dimaggio Auto. They replaced the pulley on my Mazda 3, and when the part turned out to be faulty due to installation, Xaivier handled everything professionally. He informed me it was covered under warranty and had it replaced at no cost. Thank you, Xaivier, and thank you, Dimaggio Auto!
Super easy process, knowledgeable service, did not try to upsell anything, and the pricing was incredibly fair. Also loved the way customers were interacted with while I was in the waiting area. Will be back.
