My oil change and tire rotation were done at a reasonable price. The manager was friendly. We have had our cars serviced there for years and have always been pleased. When I dropped my car off I asked to be called when my car was ready. My husband received the call instead of me and this keeps happening. I was told that his phone # was listed first. I have told them in the past that it’s my car and I want the call.
They were great and fast.
Disappointed with service. Brought my vehicle in and took 5 days for diagnostics when I was told they would look at it first day. I am not mechanically inclined and showed video to a few friends of my vehicle trying to start and those who are only mildly mechanically inclined stated it “sounded like it wasn’t getting fuel and it might be the fuel pump”.
