Second time coming in for an oil change. It's always a great experience! The employees have all be super knowledgeable and explain things really well. I appreciated the kindness even despite some short staffing. 10/10 recommend this place.
Don't let the other reviews fool you. Based on my experience on August 10th, I would not recommend this shop. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check a service light on the dash. When I got a call about it, I was given an outrageous quote to repair the root cause of the light, which turned out to be my alternator. On that call I wasn't provided any explanation or even a breakdown of the cost. I've had quality work done at DiMaggio's and trust their judgment on what my car needs (and doesn't need). Edit: Called this morning in regards to a flat tire, and DiMaggio's got me in, extracted a tire spike from my tire, patched it, and had me on my way in about a half hour at no charge. I'm consistently pleased and impressed by the work DiMaggio's does!
Good service that was quick and at a reasonable cost.
