We have DimaChem machines in our brewpub in both the kitchen and behind the bar. We've had some issues with our machines (both our fault and some worn out part issues) and the service provided by DimaChem is excellent. Our rep, Terry Behavka, is extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and overall really great to work with.
