I stopped here because the line at Puka Dog was way too long for the hype. I’ve had Puka Dog before and it’s good, but not “wait an hour” good. Looking back, that was probably fate because otherwise I never would have discovered this gem. I ordered the dim sum plate, which came with a steamed bun, fried rice, steamed dumplings, fried dumplings, and coconut shrimp. The Bao Trio Platter was a creative fusion of stuffed bao buns in taco fashion. The coconut shrimp bao was easily my favorite while the other two were still full of flavor. Definitely try this place out.
