We recently had our JR. ADU built by DIM construction and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. These guys did solid work on an expansion and casita project for our family. Despite all the bumps in the road with the city these guys came through and did great work. Anytime we had a problem or issue with anything during construction we’ve been able to discuss it and if they can’t fix it or change it they’ll always do their best to fulfill your project’s vision.
why are you guys leaving trash adds on my door?
About a year and a half ago we hired an unlicensed contractor because we wanted a cheaper deal but after a couple of weeks we noticed that was the wrong mistake so we had to call DIM construction and he came shortly shortly and fixed a few plumbing problems we had and patched up concrete that the old guy didn’t do. He also put concrete nails in the framing where the unlicensed contractor didn’t put highly recommend DM construction, very professional. He also gave me first time customer discount!
