Went there for few years . Was great but after a few years and because drmstern talked so much he doesn't listen as well as he used to I guess. There was a serious mis-communication as his desk worker claimed , a phone call or an apology to explain the so called mis- communication never came and being treated like trash at pharmacy because Dr.Sterns "MIS-COMMUNICATION . Thank you for your Earlier service in 2009-10 ect ect. But newer younger dentists are all over Kelowna now
Has been my dentist since 2009. Great staff & assistants. Helpful considerate freindly & sincere.
I found the best dentist in town. The dental assistant was excellent making me feel welcome and calming my nerves. Taking new patients. Great location and free parking.
