I've been going to Dr. Stern for at least 10 years now. Always great dealing with him and his staff. On a couple of items he hasn't even charged me for his service as we are seeing if it will work for me. Charges are direct to my insurance and I pay the extra as I leave. Can't ask for a better denists.

Went there for few years . Was great but after a few years and because drmstern talked so much he doesn't listen as well as he used to I guess. There was a serious mis-communication as his desk worker claimed , a phone call or an apology to explain the so called mis- communication never came and being treated like trash at pharmacy because Dr.Sterns "MIS-COMMUNICATION . Thank you for your Earlier service in 2009-10 ect ect. But newer younger dentists are all over Kelowna now
