Dilpreet Bal does not show professionalism as she lacks empathy and solely acts on emotion rather than facts. I'm not a patient here, but my mother is and during various visits, Dilpreet was nothing but inconsiderate towards my mom's health and test results. She denied that my mom had an important health condition when the test results showed otherwise and was confirmed to be by another healthcare provider. Would 100% not recommend if you want to have your health concerns listened to.
I would not recommend Dilpreet Bal as a healthcare provider. She does not appear to truly listen to patient concerns or demonstrate genuine interest or empathy. My mother is one of her patients, and during her most recent visit, Dilpreet responded to her health concerns with nothing more than a shrug. She often seems uncertain when asked medical questions, and her tone when speaking with patients lacks compassion.
