Some of the employees have terrible attitudes. They act like they cant stand to work there. No manners, no please thank you and the way they talk to me is like they have to go out of their way to answer a question. I was questioned about my prescription that the doctor prescribed, because they thought it was to much. If they had to go through what i am, maybe they wouldnt question what the doctor has done.
Was just there to pick up a prescription. The lady working the drive thru was rude beyond belief. Will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can get ahold of Dr s office. Some people should just not be allowed to converse with the public.
I wish I would have gotten the Pharmacist name I talked to because she went above and beyond for me. I only had 1 patch left and I had changed insurance well they would only pay for 1 of the generic drugs even though their are 2 and she was my Angel because she got them in today and told me what to do every month when I need them. Thank you so very much if I could give a 10 star rating I would.
