I used the new voice mail system to get the status of my prescription. It said that the prescription had been filled 2 days prior. I go to the pharmacy after work and stand in line close to 40 minutes. When I get up front, the girl tells me that it's NOT ready. I said I called and it was filled two days ago & she just said their phone system is not working properly. I cancelled the order and had my doctor give the prescription to Andover Drug.
