I used the new voice mail system to get the status of my prescription. It said that the prescription had been filled 2 days prior. I go to the pharmacy after work and stand in line close to 40 minutes. When I get up front, the girl tells me that it's NOT ready. I said I called and it was filled two days ago & she just said their phone system is not working properly. I cancelled the order and had my doctor give the prescription to Andover Drug. They are the worst pharmacy that we have ever gone too and we will be leaving as soon as we can and I would never recommend them to anyone.Ā
Man in charge on south self serve got real rude to me.wont be shopping there any more. I will start shopping at Walmart. Been shopping there for 30 years. I dont like rude people. Ā
