I’ve been battling CVS for months, as it’s the only pharmacy covered by my insurance. I decided to try to cash pay at Dillons pharmacy. They were so helpful! Got me discounted medicine cheaper than going through my insurance. They had medicine in stock that CVS never has in stock, and they were open the hours they said they would be open. The tech that helped was knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I could always use them!
Left credit card info on file to pay for family members medication. Every time I call, different answer “do it online, we can that, we don’t do that”. Needless to say, left card on file, family member had to pay for their meds wasn’t able to help them out. #BeBetter
Good if you're there in person. Totally lousy when using the automated phone system. Ditch it, the phone system is slow and clunky.
Tricia, the Rx technician is extremely unkind and rude, seek to be attended by someone else because she is not going to solve any problem…
