I have been in line at drive thru 25 minutes already and that’s after one person ahead of me pulled out of line- this is a Tuesday at 2:20pm- I would say they need help???
23rd Street, Lawrence, KS store has very rude Manager. No matter how polite you are she will cut you off and never let you explain your situation or complaint. She talks disrespectfully and loud and instead of trying to help will try to argue with you and tell you that you are lying about things you can prove. I will not use this pharmacy anymore....I had put in prescripts two hours prior to pick up and because I did not state when I would pick them up...they still were not ready???? This is really not good customer service guys. 😠
Drive-through takes way too long
In less than a year this location has declined in service, availability and quality. Only 5 cashier lanes, usually only 2 or 3 are open, rarely have baggers. Many, many shelves are consistently low or bare. The organization is ridiculous. I’ve made so many trips to Walmart for items that Dillon’s is out of or doesn’t carry we often do more shopping there than Dillon’s and we are NOT happy about that. I saved so much money on my script today. original cash price was over $70 at neighborhood market. with good rx it was still over $11. At Dillons with the savers club, I only paid $3 cash price. I was so thankful to save more money and get the other things I needed. I literally saved at least $65 by choosing dillons over the nearest competitor. It was so easy to switch pharmacies too!
