I go here for the scallops. Real dry scallops cooked properly. Just barely done and sweet. This time we tried the fried brussel sprouts appetizer and they were the best I've ever had anywhere and a very good portion cooked very well done so there was lots of caramelization We will be back
Had the chicken cordon bleu at Dillon’s Local and I’m pretty sure the chicken has ruined other chicken for me now. Crispy, cheesy, delicious, and absolutely zero regrets. I came in hungry and left happy enough to consider writing a five-star review—which, as you can see, I have done. Would absolutely come back. 10/10, especially if the chicken cordon bleu is involved.
As a tourist, I appreciated my experience here and felt like I was a local in a place in my own town. It is exactly the type of experience I wanted for a solo lunch. I sat at the bar, ordered a beer a got myself the Cape Cod Reuben and it was phenomenal! The toasted rye bread with the fried cod, the slightly sweet slaw and the cheese was perfect. I ordered the steak fries and they were good. Not super crispy, but they were hot and fresh and perfect with the right amount of ketchup. I would absolutely come here again.
First time I went realized it was a small Local bar. The burger and food was great and every time I’ve been back, the food was so so not so good as the first time in a little bit less lively than the first time I went not sure if it’s different management or I just got extra lucky the first day but it seems like a different cook in a different bartender… New to the area, so kind of disappointed
