Pretty good store. The quality of personal are marginal at best. Usually always under Staffed at registers. Product location is always a problem. They change floor format at least monthly it seems. Staff in prescriptions are always great. Seafood lady is informative.
The store manager goes far above and beyond!! He stopped what he was doing and walked me to the item I was looking for. Then.....I needed another item which he searched until he found me some as they were sold out at the butcher counter. I am a stickler for customer service and I give 5 stars!!!!
The Little Clinic -unhelpful & -rude):
I think it has the best meat department in Wichita. But every department shows great respect for the diverse neighborhood that it supports. The workers are cheerful even when they are very busy. They make helpful suggestions to support the purchases that you are making. I recently had to move across town to help care for family members, but I still come back to this Dillons. #That'sMyDillons
The drive thru Intrust is poorly ran. The employee tried to keep my 90 dollars then didn't apologize for the mistake. And problems cashing my check inside.
