The drive thru Intrust is poorly ran. The employee tried to keep my 90 dollars then didn't apologize for the mistake. And problems cashing my check inside.

I've been shopping here for years and I am so grateful for the friendly staff. The store is clean, well stocked, and efficient. The floral department has worked miracles for me last minute several times. Also, their pharmacy staff is wonderful and compassionate. When I was acutely ill they helped me get quick care. They also ask after my dog when I pick up his routine meds and they know my family well.
i will never be spending a dime in any dillons due to the repeated crap treatment ive received from the power tripping assholes that work the customer service counter, they are rude, antagonistic and act as if your some how bothering them and they are overjoyed at the chance to deny someone service. i have witnessed them treating others like they are subhuman on countless occasions. when you call to ask for a manager they connect you to the very person your trying to report only to be given more abuse, these parasites seem t... read more
