Being a nearby homeowner, most of time the clubhouse is great. Downside is leaving every light on in the building all night long. 3 am in morning and bright lights on every floor. Parking lot filled. No night sky in Dillon Valley. The clubhouse can be seen for miles away. Most events at clubhouse are very respectful. Again, some events are heavily attended. There is no on street parking, and parking becomes a nightmare for surrounding homeowners.
