Unfortunately not all units cared for. Really nice office staff for picking up parking during an Airbnb, but building G has cockroaches and doors that any robber could get into. A shared front door that doesn't stay closed and only a flimsy door lock that barely works for the front door! At least the unit we stayed in G201 also had a broken heater system and ours shower did not drain! Very uncared for property honestly, but the cockroaches for the stay was the worst!
The club house for the Dillon Valley East Condos is a nice addition of accommodations for those owning/renting in the complex. Plenty of free parking if you have a permit. There are outdoor basketball courts. There is an outdoor playground also, for the kids. They have restrooms, lockers, showers, and a suana. They have a small cafeteria and open area which can be reserved for catered events. There is a heated, indoor pool. They have a large indoor hot tub also.
