ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! they messed up my boyfriends taxes the year prior, then when we tried to fix it and file our own this year, they gave us someone else’s TAX PAPERS, just because they had “similar names”. The social security numbers were mixed up between the two parties, as well as the AGI numbers. Awful! I was a student and they didn't file it correctly. I waited for over an hour and then when i was called back the lady barely talked to me for 5 minutes. I didn't get my refund for being a student. And the IRS sent me a letter saying how they messed up and that I didn't owe the irs money but i also wasn't getting any money. You know how bad you have to mess up when the irs doesn't ask for money?
