Stanley arrived and professionally handled the task, making sure to prioritize my satisfaction. His pleasant demeanor made the experience even better. I reached out on a Saturday, and my call was promptly answered. In no time at all, a plumber was at my location in Fort Lauderdale, even during the summer season. Stanley, the technician, was professional and punctual, and he clearly explained the issue with my toilet. He was able to fix the problem, saving me the trouble of having to replace the toilet in the rental property I own. Even though it was a Sunday, Dillon & Sons Plumbers provided same-day service. They courteously gave me a call to let me know they would be slightly delayed due to a prior job, which I greatly appreciated. Maximus, the repairman, and Stanley, the field supervisor, both showed up in Fort Lauderdale. They immediately got down to business in a highly professional manner. They discussed the cost and various options right from the start. I truly valued their expertise and skills. I would definitely recommend them.
