Our main floor and basement are both carpeted. We didn't realize initially that our pets were making their way to the basement to relieve themselves on the carpet till we noticed a strong odor. Frank arrived right on schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Unlike many businesses in the carpet cleaning industry who usually provide a wide 5+ hour window that can be somewhat inconvenient, this was not an issue with this service.
