Can't ever get ahold of anyone when there's an issue. Called several times
Pretty decent place for storage. Just a warning they do not communicate with renters at all! Tried to get stuff out my unit for moving and can’t for a few days cause they are now painting floors!!
WORST “storage facility” EVER! I have a plethora of experience with storage places bc of my career. I stored my things here for two years. NEVER missed a payment! I was in a horrible accident in which my leg was crushed and couldn’t work or walk for almost a year. After leg surgery, my family removed a brand-new mattress (still wrapped) that was full of bed bugs, chiggers or some type of fleas.
