Called them after noticing a damp spot forming on the ceiling below our upstairs bathroom. The technician carefully tracked down the source instead of cutting random holes in the wall. Turned out to be a loose connection near the tub drain. He fixed it with minimal mess and cleaned the area afterward.
Family business. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. I was seen the following day after setting up appointment. Clayton was VERY knowledgeable and assessed what needed to be done right away. I felt my service was very thorough. As he was leaving, I thought of something I had failed to mention regarding the lavatory. He had already seen the issue and had fixed it. Great company!
