I had an excellent experience with Dillon Heating & Cooling. My air conditioner stopped working and they came quickly to check the problem. The technician was very professional, clearly explained what was wrong, and repaired it efficiently. The service was fast, with great attention to detail and fair prices. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs or maintenance.
I called Dillon Heating & Cooling and scheduled an appointment for the next day to look at a possible air handler replacement. I texted him around 3:30pm the day of the appt to get an eta and never got a response. Just completely ghosted. This is far too common an occurrence in the construction industry and this is yet another company to put on the "no call no show" list. Wasted my whole day. Great local company. I put a comment on a local Facebook page saying my HVAC was out and they were here in a half hour. Problem solved. I'll be using Dillon again anytime I need honest HVAC work.
