I called Dillon Heating & Cooling and scheduled an appointment for the next day to look at a possible air handler replacement. I texted him around 3:30pm the day of the appt to get an eta and never got a response. Just completely ghosted. This is far too common an occurrence in the construction industry and this is yet another company to put on the "no call no show" list. Wasted my whole day. Quick response and very professional
Great local company. I put a comment on a local Facebook page saying my HVAC was out and they were here in a half hour. Problem solved. I'll be using Dillon again anytime I need honest HVAC work.
Dillon provided a thorough inspection and solution to the AC problem in a timely manner.His response time and customer service were great. Definitely would recommend Dillon to anyone in need of AC repair.
