Really like the staff, all very friendly. Doctor Gilbert is very good.
I left a message stating that I needed a wellness visit for my insurance with Donna Sellers at Dillon Family Medicine (DFM) which is now part of the McLeod family. The Saturday before my appointment, I suddenly felt like I had a UTI. Rather than go to the ED, I began dosing myself with 200mg erythromycin for fish. I started feeling better the next day. At 8:05 AM on 10-29-25 I came to check in registration hoping to make an appointment , and the only African American woman that was working in registration, named Karen ,greeted me. I asked for an appointment and she violently said “you cannot be seen for that.” I asked her why and she gave me her explanation. I spoke my PCP nurse regarding my issues and we were able to establish an appointment on MyChart for the same day at 2:00pm. Terrible experience. Always calling to reschedule appointments for Dr fitzgibbon not being on the office. I'm in a wheel chair. They forget this Everytime and make me wait extensive times because they have one room that accommodates a wheel chair. They tried to reschedule another appointment to which i said no I don't have transportation l, and was met with "well you are gonna have to start the process over with your eyes (had eye surgery) because we are not going to send a referral because we haven't seen you in over 90 day... read more
