At 8:05 AM on 10-29-25 I came to check in registration hoping to make an appointment , and the only African American woman that was working in registration, named Karen ,greeted me. I asked for an appointment and she violently said “you cannot be seen for that.” I asked her why and she gave me her explanation. I spoke my PCP nurse regarding my issues and we were able to establish an appointment on MyChart for the same day at 2:00pm. Terrible experience. Always calling to reschedule appointments for Dr fitzgibbon not being on the office. I'm in a wheel chair. They forget this Everytime and make me wait extensive times because they have one room that accommodates a wheel chair. They tried to reschedule another appointment to which i said no I don't have transportation l, and was met with "well you are gonna have to start the process over with your eyes (had eye surgery) because we are not going to send a referral because we haven't seen you in over 90 day... read more
If this medical facility ever closed then Dillon county would be in trouble. in my opinion the county would have a medical emergency without them. I left a message stating that I needed a wellness visit for my insurance with Donna Sellers at Dillon Family Medicine (DFM) which is now part of the McLeod family. The Saturday before my appointment, I suddenly felt like I had a UTI. Rather than go to the ED, I began dosing myself with 200mg erythromycin for fish. I started feeling better the next day.
