Before hiring Heath and dillon developers I visited a number of their works site including jobs he has done for the city of Nederland and a local land developer. I saw the work he has done in Sunshine Canyon, glacier lake and 4 Mile, excavating foundations, septic systems and fire prevention systems. They worked closely with health and building inspectors to make sure everything was to code. Heath Dillon is good at what he does. There are a few inexperienced excavators in our area right now who simply have the money to buy machines with out the knowledge to back it up. Heath Dillon is not one of those guys, he has been doing this since he was a youngster and is one if the few guys around i would trust to do work on my property. I am an excavator as well who does sub contract work for other excavators and it is good to see people like Heath maintaining the value of our trade thru time earned know how
