I contacted Rod about concerns someone had created a fake power of attorney without my permission so I provided a revocation to his home via mail and file one with Virginia Beach courts. He said they would likely not file and it would go in the shredder. Such a disappointing experience. Please do not have anything to do with my life. You have been emailed and mailed a copy of a revocation and there is a copy on file at Virginia Beach courts.
Update: I received a call from a man claiming to be my father asking me to remove this review showing a text correspondence from Rodney Dillman asking that I do so. It will not be removed, people need to know about the experience. Yes, the review is real. The certification of the revocation of power of attorney from both courts and a name change indicates it is serious and real. *The only “explaining” he needs to do about me is that he is not to have contact with anyone in my life ever and anybody claiming power of attorney ... read more
