OWNERS of OLDER HOMES BEWARE - This company refused to work on our heat pump system because it was in the attic and according to the technician no one in the company would work on it because they had "earned the right to not work on systems like ours." Bottom line - it was inconvenient to go into our attic to repair an 18 year old heat pump system or service the outside unit which was surrounded by "itchy" Oak Leaf Hydrangea.
