I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, on a Saturday where the STM is not reliable or frequent, and I come to the shop to find that they already gave my appointment to a walk in, he was already half-shaved, which means that he’s been there for at least 5 minutes. I came all the way from the Plateau for this. What barber would not wait more than 5 mins for their customers? Shame, i liked my first experience there and this was going to be my second, but now I’m never going back.
